Roundtable: artists and archives, St Antony's College, Oxford University

Arts Cabinet was invited by the British Zimbabwean Society to their annual conference at Oxford University, St Antony's College, in June 2013. The conference's theme was Culture without Borders.

Arts Cabinet organised a specific roundtable discussion involving the artists Uriel Orlow, Berry Bickle and the Head of Art at Imperial War Museum, Kathleen Palmer, to contribute with their experience of working with archives.

Kathleen spoke about 'Sharing Histories – artists in the archives’ and Uriel Orlow presented his work The Benin Project and Berry Bickle presented her work, in connection with the National Gallery of Zimbabwe.
